Dylan was great and very easy to work with. He listen to what we wanted and even went above and beyond and orders my daughter a sub when she was starving cause we had been at the dealership all morning and missed lunch.
I called and left a message with service coordinator twice with no response. On the third call someone actually scheduled to gave my car looked at. Once we were in everything else was great. Repair was performed in less time than expected.
I took my truck in for an oil change. They found that my coolet was possibly leaking that was supposedly fixed back in July After 4 1/2 hours later I'm waiting in the at the dealership this entire time no one tells me what the status on my truck is how much longer will this take. I have to find someone to take me to my truck because i have work did not plan to spend the day there. I have been coming there for years never have i had a bad experience.
Had a tough go with the first salesman, but the dealership got me someone new to work with and really went above and beyond to make up for that and make it a great, great experience. I got a great deal and I love the car!
